Me too. When I firsted started. My "tumbler" was a rag with alcohol and a couple of brushes. One for the primer pocket one for the inside of the case. Did it for a long time.

Just pick up an old food dehydrator at a yard sale. Max temp 165. Cheap and Works great.

I clean cases with vibratory case cleaner.
In a lot that I did wet cleaning, with SS pins, I observed that to seat the projectile, it required more effort than those cleaned with vibratory case cleaner,to the point of needing to lubricate the neck internally with graphite.
