I have been reading more about the Rollsizer.com machine, as have had issues with my old S&W 952 feeding range brass at times, due to it's tighter chamber. I noticed that they also make caliber conversions for 38 spec/357 mag and 44 spec/mag. I'm curious if anyone has any experience with utilizing this for revolver brass and when it would be most helpful.

I use a CasePro100 and rollsize 38Sp brass.

What are the details on that casefeeder mod? Upgraded motor or?I have the commercial version and am beyond happy. I had a Case-Pro for 20+ years and was also happy with it.
with a different chamber than original firing, its like a small base die..ONCE SHOULD BE ENOUGH

I quit roll sizing over 20 years ago for everything! I use Reading Profile crimp dies for all my revolvers, 32 S&W to the heaviest 475 Linebaugh loads! Improved accuracy, and never have the biggest slugs in the hottest loads jump crimp.
In my Les Baer Premier 1 1/2 that is extremally tight, and Dan Wesson Valor V-BOB thats been jerked over, I use reading taper crimp, couldn't ask for better results in either gun, running 14# springs and lighter loads or tactical springs north of 20# with heavier loads for major, perfect results, once the loads are tuned with the proper springs.
In tight chambers make sure your not over crimping, as to much tension on the ram can cause the case to slightly bulge between the head and the base of the bullet when forcing past the point of a heavy crimp.

Is roll sizing meant to save having to use the fl die?

No. Roll sizing gets all the way to the extractor groove where most sizing dies can’t.

It does make FL sizing even easier, but still need to do it to set tension at the casemouth.
I am thinking hard about getting one, any regrets?
