Rockchuker Press versions?

My RC, purchased in Nov. '72 HAS removable bushing and I did set it up with LnL bushings for my convenience in swapping out dies quickly.
If everything in life was built like that we would all be quite fortunate-it is a tank!
Still tight and smooth after many thousands of rounds through it.

Since it is my only RC model, i cannot comment on the others.

I did see some of the early one's without a bushing, when they replaced the A2 but they were rather anemic compared to A2. The A2 used tapered pins with nuts and the ram is huge compared to the rock chucker.I think it was a cost cutting move, rather than an improvement. My A2 is as tight as the day it was made in 1968......jim

There was a Model B that did not have a bushing, that I believe was a little smaller than the A series. I came across information that said only 500 were made, all in 1961. Judging from some of the prices that I have seen on Ebay, they have become somewhat of a collectors item.
