I don't really want to advertise the catchers here, so I sent you a PM with link to the website.I would like to see pics and know more.
The one thing I did different that made all the difference in the world was add one of those inline fabrication press stands. It made everything so much more rigid and stable.
I’ve been using Inline Fab plates for years now. They are excellent! Highly recommend their products to anyone using multiple pressesWhen I built my new shop I upgraded to the Rebel from the RC IV not because I needed to but I wanted to. The Rebel is a nice press for sure and I have no complaints at all but I don't think it does anything better than the IV. How are you meaning ‘accurate’?Are the rebels as accurate as the supreme?
An ‘0’ ring works well.has a little bit of play for the dies to line up with the shell holder properly
I had 2 RC and got the Rebel, now all I have is the Rebel, much larger opening to work in around the brass and as fragile as my old arms and hands are (bruise so easy) brittle I need the extra room.I fail to see how the rebel is a upgrade to the RC.

You may not want to advertise but I will for you! @The German products are great!! I've got his for the rebel and works flawlessly!I don't really want to advertise the catchers here, so I sent you a PM with link to the website.
Regarding the original discussion, I had my RC IV for 20 years or so and added a Rebel when they came out - I like having a bit more space on the Rebel, but for some reason, keep using my RC IV (old habits... I assume). The Rebel is a good press in my opinion, but so is the RC IV - I would go with whatever is less expensive to get.
those are the Lego's of the reloading world...You can tell a seasoned RC reloader by the amount of spent primers stuck in the sole of his boots, or you know... the heel of his bare foot.
or even if you are moving stuff around a lot, I like my bench free so I mount the RCBS plate to 3/4 ply I use with the T tracks on my bench. Sometimes you can find them used and very cheap so it's just easier than making something. It might be a hack but it works just fine and quite rigid.I use the RCBS Accessory Plate, it's about $30. A good/cheaper alternative if you're not moving stuff around a lot.
not really out the bottom, is out of the ram side, near the bottomThe Rebel drops the primers out the bottom of the ram, that alone is a huge improvement.
I got one a few months ago and my RC IV now sits on the floor, in the corner.
