Jefferson, I did not follow this thread and understand that it is old but since you attacked me for my 2 sentence reply to the OP's question I feel I should clear the air. Better late than never. And since you insist at slinging insults at me
The owner of Gunwerks who builds about 600 guns a year is who told me, at the time Robertson had been building his stocks for the LR-1000, and a very considerable amount of the 600 you claimed Robertson built in a year, went to my informant.
Aaron paid for every mold of his stock designs, and as Jim Borden has stated guys in the states were not notified as the guys in Canada may have been. Aaron lost his molds which are not cheap.
Aaron contacted the new owners because; he new the new owner had his molds, and when you build that number of rifles and a supplier up and craps out, you struggle to find a source for new stocks and when you hear the new owner is in the states you jump at the chance to recover lost production if he can and will produce your stocks. Well Aaron uses Mcmillian now, because the new owner explicitly expressed a lack of interest in supplying any stocks to Gunwerks in a timely, or any fashion. So if you think I cost the new owner 100's of stocks, get a clue buddy, his attitude cost him 100's of stocks. 2 sentences of my original post had little bearing on any of this.
