anybody tried RL17 in the 6 Dasher,BRX,,BRDX case with the 105-108 gr class bullets,,

I have seen it speed up some other cases,,some with accuracy and others not so much,,

anybody tried it ?? if not I may grab a can

anneal before every loading, lapua brass necks turned

chrony 10 feet last 5 tested 3140,3141,3144,3139,3139. at 300 yards last group tested was .697

I have been using 35.4 gr. RL-17 with a 105 hybrid in my dashers. 3065 fps in a 30 inch barrel. No presure signs and great accuracy.

Do you guys have a good starting load to recommend using R17?

Start at 34 grains and go up. I never have went past 35.4 grains . I've used this in a couple of custom actions and a couple of factory actions. 30 inch barrel was doing 3065 ave and not alot slower in a 26 inch barrel. My old 788 remington used 35.1 for 2960 in a 26 inch barrel.
