RL17 In The 30-06... Share Your Laods?

Hey all, mind sharing your RL17/30-06 loads w/ barrel length information and velocity?

I'm a hunter and am primarily interested in a hunting loads with 165/68, 180 and 200 gr bullets.

although i don't have any load data for you, i do believe that re-17 will work best with the heavier bullets

Worked with RL-17 in a 1903A3 with a new USGI, 24" 2 groove barrel.

165g Sierra Game King HPBT OAL=3.30"
Wolf LR Primer
Remington Neck Sized Brass
53.5g RL-17
6 Shots=.60"
This was my "go to" hunting load for the 30-06. Don't have a chronograph so I don't know the velocity of this one.

Just treat the RL-17 like H4350 and work up the loads.

I've used RL17 in the 300 WSM and found it took about .5-1.0 gr less than H4350 in that cartridge.

My H4350/165 loads in the 30-06 are generally 59-59.5 gr's H4350.
