RL15 vs Norma 203B

Does anyone know what is the difference between these two powders? If there is a difference, how will it show on a chronograph?

Word from Norma is that 203B and Rl-15 are similar but not the same, that 203B has a slightly different formulation and/or deterrent coatings.

Been using Rl-15 for years with heavy .223 bullets, 22-250 with 50 and 55 gr bullets and .308 with excellent results, there isn't any 203B available locally and thus I see no reason to bother with it.

You know, what works in my rifle,s) is what works in my rifle,s).

There are no magic powders, there are no magic bullets, there are no magic primers, although there are occasional batches of exceptional brass). There is only what works in a given rifle. And in my .308 for F/TR or tactical 1,000 yards shooting, RL-15 works just fine. Single digit ES/SD pushing a 155 Scenar along at 2950 FPS and in good conditions right at 1 moa all the way to 1,000 off of a BIPOD.

How does the old saying go? If it sounds stupid and it works, it ain't stupid.
