RL 7 powder

For those of you that use RL 7, how is it as far as temp sensitivity? I am going to try it in a 221 fb as others seem to like it.

I use it in my 222 rem.. I don't competition shoot but it gets er dun for me

I have run it in a 221 with 50gr sierra bk, and the accuracy was good but the velocity was 2925fps when the pressure began to show, so I switched to h 4198.

I use a lot of it in a few .223's with light varmint bullets - like 35 to 40 grain - and use the same load in freezing weather up to 95 degrees or so and have not had any temperature issues bringing me off my accuracy node. Great powder.

It is my go to powder in my 20 Vartarg and will likely be the same in my new .221 build. Very accurate in these small cases and has been extremely consistant in the Vartarg.
