RL-25 for 243

I have shot RL25 & 115 DTAC's that were coated with Boron Nitride. While others have used 47.5 grs. of RL25, I approached that load with caution. It was ok in the winter but a little too stiff in the summer. So I would think if you started with lower charge weights & worked up to what your rifle likes you will be just fine. During my experimenting with the .243 & 115 DTAC's I worked toward full density loads. What worked very well for me was 47.5 grs. of Retumbo & the 115 DTAC's BN. While not the velocity of RL25 it was extremely accurate.
