At one of the first BR matches that I participated, I was privileged to meet Mr. Hart. This was in 1997 and I was in awe of meeting the man who ran the barrel company that provided the barrel that I had on my rifle. I was astonished by his humble nature, and I had a conversation with him. We are certainly diminished with the passing of this man. My condolences to the entire family and to all of his many friends.
