I'm sad to hear that George H.W. has passed away. George and Barbara lived in Houston and were widely admired and loved by just about all who knew or came in contact with them. Yes George made some political mistakes but by all accounts he was a fine man that wanted to do the right thing. When I'm gone I hope people will say the same about me.

The man just died. How about a little RESPECT for a man that served our Country in WWII and was shot down over the Pacific?

He had numerous notable achievements in his life. I look at his 73 year marriage to Barbara as the most respectful. Here in Texas we will refer to him as a "good ole boy".
