Ring Lapping

I'm looking to set up my new Savage F Class. I haven't used these type of rings before but am I correct in assuming that the Burris Zee rings with the posilign inserts, ring lapping isn't needed ? I know you still have to pay attention to details and set them up properly but do these work ? Would the inserts help with ring marks on the scope body ? If there is anybody out there that has used or knows anything about these, please let me know. Thanks

No lapping or ring marks. Great product.
