Ring and Mount

I need to change my mount and rings on my rifle. I have a savage 30-06, model 111 with AccuTrigger, no clip just magazine.
Should I go with a 1 piece or 2 pieces mount? I am afraid the 1 piece mount will make it difficult to load the ammos into the magazine.
Any recommendations brand and type.

I really like these a lot. I have them on several rifles and the fit, finish and function are great.

All my hunting rifles have 2 piece bases.
Usually with a 2 piece base, the scope sits a hair lower than on a 1 piece rail.

I prefer light and handy hunting rifles.

Those Talley 2 piece base/rings @WillyTP recommended are a solid choice for a internal box fed rifle. Pretty good deal for a set of rings already on bases for less than $ 50.
