Rimfire target ammo

I bought 5 bricks of TAC-22 from Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore about a month ago with no problems.

Last week my buddy shot SK Standard Plus over hus Garmin. Man what an eye opener it was, at least for that lot. 0ver 100 fps ES. I think between the two of us we may have 5 different lots. We'll have to sit down and check them for SD, ES, and grouping. It's definitely not target ammo, tho I have shot quite a few ARA factory targets with it and have had no better than decent scores and a few bad ones.

Did you think to check the individual shots to see if one or two were way off thereby skewing the whole test?

Yes I did. One high and one low. They would not have scored very well.

Does the 100+ ES include the extreme outliers?

Center-X has shown up in limited numbers at a couple of the suppliers recently. Typically sells out in less than a day.. I would check them all and set up for notifications if they offer it.. Elevated Gunworks still shows availability..

I sorted some federal auto match looking for some cheap practice ammo for bpcr. This is what I came up with. I did not make any adjustments for wind.

I have done very little testing of the Std Plus. I have only one lot. It has not performed very good in my limited tests. The 100+ was only two shots. One high and another low. Other than those two shots the rest of the group was good. This happened twice shooting warm ups. The second grouping was not as drastic. Less than 100 ES. Limited sampling I know.
