Your going to love that March. What reticle did you decide on ??
I went with the MTR-2 with it's fine center dot. It's close to my
Night Force reticles which I prefer.

Here's the CZ-457 AT-ONE in progress of test and tune. I had Zach
fire his very first match with it. First model year of the Bushnell XRS
scope and And varying rider blocks and plates machined by me that
will be tweaked as needed. 4 inch wide in the front makes it very
stable. And the new Timney trigger for the CZ, I will give a thumbs
up......

Went with the MTR-1, illuminated, on the March; also the MTR-FT on another March.
On my NF 15-55x, I like the FCR-1......

Simple reticles for 50 yard, 22LR BR, maybe 100 yards when there's no wind......

In my shooting, no need for "Christmas tree-like" reticles to shoot 1000 yards, but a few hashmarks for positioning are good...............

So, it's been awhile since I've poked my nose in on this thread. All I can say is WOW! There are a bunch of mighty high falluttin rifles among this bunch. I'll bet a lot of those have never poked a hole in a tin can, or even fired a shell that didn't come with a pedigree.

Well, I'll settle things down a bit with another pup that followed me home. Like most of my .22's, I spent under a hundred for it, and it was pretty homely until I gave it a little love. I didn't even know it was a 22 Mag. until I started cleaning it up. It's one of those that any boy would love to find under the tree, and this was probably loved by a boy at sometime.

Ithica Model 49, .22 Magnum, single-shot. Prolly 60's vintage. Now back in use. jd

Way back when, myself and a couple of friends each had one. Shooting range, pistols and only 22 rifles. Cops show up cause someone called in that we were shooting big bore rifles? Cop just laughed. ;)

Worked with a guy that said he had one, do you want it? SURE!! Think I paid him $50.00 for it? Pulled it down, cleaned it up and refinished the wood. :D
Old Guy (range master at out club) was drooling on it so I gave it to him. Made a friend for life!! Best $50.00 I've ever spent.:cool:

My Vudoo 3-60. I would like to thank Dustin of S.O. custom rifles in Knox, Pennsylvania for putting this rig together for me to shoot at various competitions in the area. It sure is a fun gun to shoot. If I miss, it’s my fault.

Who installed the barrel ? Thanks
Redrockranger,
The Anschutz 2013 is a "clamp on" barrel with no threads as in a conventional barrel. The shank specifications are all you basically need to order a barrel, stick it in the action, throw a headspace go gauge of 0.043/0.042" and tighten 3 bolts to clamp the action around the barrel.

Abraxas Ballistics LLC <greg@abraxasballistics.com> machined the Benchmark barrel and cut the chamber with my 22 Nevius reamer. He does a great job.
