Same setup for measuring primer pocket depth (as well as measuring firing pin protrusion). I use a case head alignment plate that stacks on this primer plate that centers up the cartridge to the indicator for measuring seated primer depth.

There are very detailed instructions included with the tool, I was advised to keep them non-public to lower the risk of copycats but I will send you a copy if you send me an email request (info@rhprecision.net).
