Riles 22mm Palma Front Sight Questions

I have been looking on the Riles website at the 22mm Palma front site.

Two questions:

Does this front sight come with an integral bubble level inside the tube? It looks like the larger one does, but I'm not sure about the 22mm.

I have sent an email and also left a phone message. Neither has been answered yet. Is he normally hard to get in touch with?

My experience dealing with him is very good. Have a couple of fronts, one has a custom diameter barrel band that Scott made amazingly fast.

The 22mm top if it for the high boy site for a tube gun has a level. The 22mm and the 30mm use the same base on the high boy.
