Rifling for short course BR

I hate to use the term "the best" but, is there a general consensus on the
amount of grooves / lands the short course shooters prefer in their rifling
for accuracy. We would be talking 100 / 200 yards

When ordering from Bartlein or Krieger, I would ask what they recommend and the 4 groove was the answer I got. 5R is popular for Palma and other high round count events which supposedly reduces fouling.

4 grove, hands down. I have had 5r, see no advantage. It's really simple. Where ever you compete identify those normally in the top couple places. What they use will work for you. Wether you put the effort and work into it they do is up to you. If you never commit to flags you are very unlikely to get there
