Yep, thanks for those. I have had most of them downloaded and saved on previous computers only to lose them with untimely failures, which leads to me hope that somebody has compiled a book containing them. Would like something reliable and at least as permanent as I am, which isn't saying much

Copy and paste into Word or any word processer. Adjust format and print. Well that’s how I did it anyway.
