Rifle finished in time for 600 yard Nationals

I finally finished my bench rifle for 600-1000 yard shooting.
BAT 'M', Lilja 1/8 6.5x55, Sightron 8-32
and a stick of English Walnut.

I used hand tools for about 90% and power for about 10%.
