BAT machine is in northern ID, south of where you are talking about, I'm sure they'd have the info you are looking for. Don't recall the name of the ranges up there but there are several.

Kampfeld Custom is in Sandpoint.

Best rifle smith I know and great guy to deal with. Karl Feldkamp has built me a dozen rifles over the years for hunting and accuracy/target/comp. All were flawless and accurate.

Karl is great, but location never bothered me. You can ship all over the USA cheaper than driving to and interrupting a smith.
