Up for Sale is 1886 Winchester .33 caliber rifle. This is the semi deluxe model with figured walnut and pistol grip butt stock, also has a 2/3 magazine. This is the original configuration for this rifle.
The rifle has no headspace issues and functions as it should.

Do you have a letter from Cody museum verifying the configuration is 100% original? Have you borescopes the barrel and does the rifle function as it should? Any headspace issues? Tks

Mine and all others that I've seen were color case hardened.

All of the later 1886s in 33 WCF are blued, not case colored.
