Reticle Selection

I am going to buy a Nightforce 12-42 for 600-1000 yd F Class shooting for a new gun. I currently use a Premier boosted Leupold 20-50x with a fine crosshair and a 1/8 MOA dot and love it but it is the only scope I have ever used. The NF CH2 has a dot that looks pretty large. Has anyone used the NP-2dd? What are your thoughts?

I have two 12-42s with the DD reticle. Works really well to sight in at 200 yds. with reg. dot and then use the lower dot for 500 and 600 yds. with very little adjusting. Of course you will adjust more for slower bullets than the hotrods. Hope this helps. Bill
