Retay opinions

I know this is off topic for the site but I’ve seen other post about shotguns so here goes. Looking at a brand called Retay - inertia driven shotguns at a fair price. Anyone own a Retay if so what you think about it ? Looking at walnut stock in 12 ga. Thanks for any input

I know Randy Wakeman has good things to say about them. Which is only notable because he generally doesn't have much good to say about anything

IMO, anyone with a little coin can go into the shotgun business selling any of the Turkish made guns with any name you want to hang on them.
We did it (see my signature line). Told us all "we own the factory" but the guns looked and, sadly, shot like Turkish shotguns of another US Importer that sold them for 50% less. We finally had to dump our inventory cheap and retreat.
The Relay website shows them machining pistol frames and, in my eye, they look very much like the frames used on Stoeger's line of pistols(Beretta clone). Not only that, the shotguns boast inertia instead of gas (Benelli clone) and they can be purchased at several different box stores in USA.
