Thanks all for coming out! Some very able competitors brought their A games on a nice Saturday with starting temp about 50 and a high around 77 degrees F.
LG:
Under very good low-wind conditions and some mirage, Kendell Francis, I think maybe he drove in from around Parkersburg WV, took LG Overall with a 2.046” 4-target Group agg and Score agg of 194 (out of 200). Squirrel Thompson and Brad Johnson took LG Score (195) and LG Group (1.833”), respectively. Small groups included a 1.010” by Gary Fluharty, a 1.111” by Mike Ruppert, and a 1.343” by Kendell Francis. Perfect scores of 50 on individual targets included Mike Ruppert, Brad Johnson and Mike McWhorter.
HG:
Despite some wind in the early afternoon to go along with the mirage, Gary Fluharty from Marion County near Fairmont WV rode the White Horse pretty hard. He won HG Group and HG Overall with 1.778” 4 target agg and 187 score (out of 200). Squirrel Thompson won HG Score with 190/200. Small groups in HG included a 0.924” and 1.269” by Gary Fluharty and 1.390” by Bob Denver. Perfect scores of 50 on individual targets included Gary Fluharty, Terry Knotts and Mike McWhorter.
Two Gun:
With a 2.212” 8-target group agg, and score agg of 385 (out of 400), Squirrel Thompson took Two Gun Overall and Two Gun Score. Gary Fluharty won Two Gun group with an impressive 1.917” 8-target group agg for the day.
TAC:
Triple threat shooter Squirrel Thompson also took TAC Group, Score, and Overall with 2.114" agg (4 targets) and 190 score agg (out of 200). Dan Suttle shot a perfect 50 and Squirrel had a best group of 1.050".
