Resizing brass problem

I have cleaned out the die with brake clean and made sure the air hole at the top was clear.

It seems to only do it the with the fired brass and not the new brass. Ill try and find some inperial wax and give that a shot.

Another poster kinda hit on this, the new brass is smaller, your die might be run down too far, back the die up a half turn and start over, Just Sayin
