Replacement action for the Barnard Model P

I have received my license to manufacture firearm parts and will be manufacturing a replacement for the Barnard Model P. They are no longer in business and as a result there is a gap in the market for a target action in Australia and the other regions where the Model P was sold. Below is a link to my website blog where I will be updating progress etc.

Thanks for the positive feedback. Fortunately I do not have to make any capital investment as I already have a business and all the necessary equipment and experience. I made a decision not to post updates on social media, however I will be dropping in here occasionally due to the fact that this forum doesn't seem to attract the usual idiots apart from a few exceptions here and there. I don't know whether this is a US specific thing but there seems to also be a more positive attitude all round compared to other forums and social media where instead of lifting people up they want to drag them down to their own level.

I’m glad you’re here. I have a Barnard P that I really like. I was scared I was going to have to sell it. I was having trouble finding parts to keep on hand. Send your email or preferred contact method, please.

Wire EDM is your friend. It a cleaner process than broaching. Wire size will control the radius. I have friend that was making actions here in Colorado the prototype were broached, later switched EDM for production.
Can't be wire cut with wire EDM only sinker for this. Without getting into the intricacies can't be broached either.

Specifically, will you provide replacement firing pins and springs ? I’m sure between Oz and the U.S. there’s a sufficient and needy install base ?

Are shooters looking for Barnard action rifles? I didn't realize they weren't in business any more.
