need advise on a repeater action!?

I am building a long range rifle. I will use A4 stock and krieger barrel. but cannot decide on what action to use.

I have following im mind:

1. Kelbly Kodiak left hand
2. BAT VR repeater left hand

kodiak is a little bigger also comes with build in recoil lug, I guess it is stiffer than the other? does this make it stronger action?

which one is more reliable?
