A few of us had been talking about last fall, another stand alone match at the valley , we already had one 5000.00 donor jump in . Then fast forward to this winter , I run into one of my buddies from out west, and he reminded me of another idea we had discussed some time back! I really like it a lot, Sara and I touched base a lil on it, but currently we don’t have the spare time to think much.
In the coming weeks I will share, if this is a go. About 5 people know at the moment and they all agree it sounds like a slammer of a match,

Any match is a pilgrimages from up here but I agree with you 110% in your two destinations Evan

Vapor trail is a nice one-day 12 hour drive including regular stops crossing Kansas. It was an easy trip last year which helps seal the deal.

Deep Creek is 14 hours without stops and every time I think “I’ll try to push through” but end up stopping in Deer Lodge on the way there. Crossing Wyoming always comes with high wind and some weather event - rain or snow. It’s just too far to go in a single day by myself. I’ve got a friend who moved back to Laramie, which worked nicely last year - drive to Laramie after work and spend the night there and get to Deep Creek the next day around dinner time.
