I cant come up with what i want on a search so who makes the best target camera system or who has a list of components that work out past 1000yds. Maybe one i can use with an app on my ipad

Use FaceTime on that iPad. You could see my target in South Dakota.
Bulleyes cameras are good. You will need an extra antenna at the camera and the phone booster at your bench. With that, you can go a mile. Still tough to tell the difference between a bullet hole and a fly on white backing.
