Remington X-Mark Pro Trigger

Thinking of buying one to put in a varmint gun. (722 Remington 6 Dasher) to hunt with and was wandering how low a pull can a typical X-Mark be adjusted to.

They break pretty clean but to be safe it's hard to take them below 3#s......

I bought one of those VTRs with the triangle barrel from a gentleman on this site that had one of those new adjustable Remington triggers. I don't like it very much and put a modified "old" trigger on it instead which will come off as soon as I get another Jewell. No complaints about the factory trigger, it just isn't close to any of the aftermarket triggers. My XP-100 in 6BR has a Timney trigger and has a great feel, everything else wears a Jewell. A Tubb firing pin assembly and a Jewell trigger sure does make a bone stock rifle allot easer to shoot accurately.

Thanks Preacher. I was hoping for may be 2lbs. are less. I need something with a safety on it. May have to buy a after market, just did not want to spend to much seance I have a 2 to 8oz. in it now for around the house shooting.
