Remington Rolling block conversion from rimfire to centerfire

So I picked a Remington Rolling block take down in 32 rimfire. I have googled the swap from 32 rimfire to 32 S&W short/ long.

What I did not see was anybody mentioning doing it on a takedown rifle. The rifle is shootable shape but overall appearance it lacks lol.

My 9 year old liked the rifle and I thought it would make a nice restoration project for he and I.

Gonna see if anyone here has any experience with these rifles and conversions.

Thanks

I have started on the rifle. I spoke with my local old time gunsmith and he had done one before. So hopefully here in a few days it will come back a 32 S&W. from there a test fire and onto draw filing , sanding and then a rust blue finish. And somewhere in there either purchase a stock set or make a custom set.
