remington model 7 stock

Any one have a Remington model 7 Predator? Wondering what kind of bedding is used....alum block, pillars or the POS SPS type? REm's catalog is no help and their 800 number support was not sure!!!!

I have three Model 7's (one 243 and two 223's) and although they are quite old, as far as I know Remington has not added any special bedding system - it's just that plain old cheap plastic stock with camo addded.

Mine benefited greatly by glass bedding the action and free floating the barrel.

Hogue is suppose to offering one of their overmolded stock for the Model 7 shortly. Check their web site for status.
