Was it installed back far enough? The one Gre-Tan did on my XP-100 is almost at the far end and it'll eject the spent round ok.

It is as far back as it will go. It will eject a spent round, but the bolt needs to be removed to remove a loaded round.

Gotcha. Mine was a 7-08 when I bought it. Found another bolt and converted it to a 20 Practical so there was enough room to remove a loaded round. It's close though.
