Remington Firing pin spring - what to replace with

hey guys looking at replacing my spring in my stolle panda as its a few years old approx 4000 rounds ...is this the right one
Wolff 32# fits Remington (Short) 700,722,725,40X (24#)

I just buy the oem Remington spring from Brownells. Replace each year if your #1 gun. Cheap insurance.

Short answer no, the rifle will shoot but you probably will not like the resultent bolt lift. Call Kelbly's. They sell them.

I have sent an email to kelblys as they dont list shipping to Australia. . Just waiting for them to reply.
Used for benchrest
But I would be looking for a 24 or 28lb one? And not the 32lb one .

Your after a spring that actually measures about 22lbs. I doubt those advertised numbers are what they will actually measure...

Yeah Kelbly got back to me and can't send me a spring without filling out a heap of import and other crap paper work.. Its just a spring ffs not an action or gun.. So I'm getting a mate in the US to buy for me and get him to send them over.. Its just a spring no different to any other spring

Do what works in Farleys and what they approve in a pinch, cut 2 coils off of it and trim it square at the end. You end up in the 19-20lb range.
