REMINGTON BULLET

I have a 20 tactical that I am starting to reload for. I have a bunch of Remington accu-tip-v bullets in 40 grain. Are these pretty good as far as accuracy and do a good job on ground hogs?

Ohh yeah I forgot to mention... I bought some Remington factory 7mm08 ammo loaded with the 139 accutip-V and most of them came apart before hitting the 100m target. they didn't not blow up, but rather broke in half.
From a 22" - 9.5" twist barrel.

I tried other accutip-v factory ammo in 243win and worked OK.

Don't buy a ton of anything till you try out a few brands. My Bud's Bargain 204 loves the Berger 40 grain. My tac 20 is best w the Sierra 39 Gr. BK#1039. Good luck to you mike in Ct. ps These are deadly on GH's to 500 meters
