Remington Br brass

Was going thru some 7mm Remington BRbrass, thinking about forming to 6mm BRX. Too short in the neck, but the 6mm Remington brass was fine as far as OAL. What caught my attention was some brass was marked 6mm Rem Br, some 7mmRem BR and some just had Rem BR. All was new brass. All the brass over the years I have seen has had 6mm or 7mm on the headstamp. Maybe the non caliber designation was from an early batch of Br brass. Just thought I would share.

If your brx was designed for lapua brass, like every one ive ever seen, you wont like that remington brass

In the last batch of Lapua 6mmBR brass I bought in a sealed Lapua box several years ago, half of it was stamped R-P instead of Lapua.

Could it have been K-P instead? Think that was made by Lapua.
