Remington bolt face ppc

Can someone recommend a good gunsmith to open a remington bolt for a ppc and install a mini m16 extractor--I would rather not use PTG

Assuming your Remington is a 223 boltface and you want it opened up, I would trust Mike Bryant with anything.

This was a .222 faced bolt, now a ppc with Sako extractor, super nice job
