Ptg bolt for ppc & br case?

Will a ptg 308 bolt with mini m16 extractor pull a ppc?

I've used a Remington 700 with a .308 bolt face and a Sako extractor installed to pull 6.5 Grendel cases.
I think the cartridge head is about the same and it pulled them without a hitch. I would bet the mini m16 would as well.
