Remington 788 222, looks to be unfired or shot very little. There is not a mark on the rifle. Bluing is like new as is the stock. Magazine is like new and only marked 222. Has the 24 inch barrel.

I remember when these came out. Advertised as a "cheap" alternative to the 700s'. A couple years later they were dropped because they were more accurate...
