remington 700 trigger

I have a remington 700 classic that has the remington trigger that doesn't lock the bolt down when the safety is on. I like to have the bolt locked down when hunting. Does anyone make a good after market trigger tha locks down the bolt like the older remingtons? Would it require modifications to the bolt or action to install a lock down safety?
Does anyone know of a place to get a good serviceable trigger like this? Or a good second hand old style remington trigger?

I believe, you simply need an older model safety that has an extended leg which locked out the trigger. A good gunsmith may be able to help.
It is much safer with your present set-up, however. You must have missed the recent "expose' " on cable network trashing Remington for using a trigger that locks the bolt when the safety is on.

the newer 700 actions don't have the slot milled at the bolt root where the top of the safety lever contacts to lock the bolt,so just changing the safety lever may not work?
