Remington 700 rivetless extractor claw position

does it matter the position of the claw or tooth in the bolt face of the new type rivetless extractor on a 700? I have always just pushed them all the way ccw to the extractor and they have all worked
I have a 223 that releases the case on extraction, sometimes, I noticed it was not clicked over.

Yes, look closely at the front of the bolt..where it's machined for the extractor.
I must be missing something I don't see it. If I'm looking at the bolt face and have the lugs horizontal, and the ejector at 4 o'clock. Where should the claw for the extractor be? Mines currently at 930/10

It's not apparent with the extractor in place. Imy not looking at one but the hook will be near opposite the ejector. It really doesn't fit righthe unless it's positioned properly. I know...you don't want to remove it just to see, but it is apparent with it out
