I would not even know what 20 cal to stock. Maybe 20 practical I guess. Seems redundant when there is 223.

Just a matter of getting a reamer and a blank. The easiest thing would be to get the action and make a barrel. Although we can make a nut barrel also.

I think I can make a prefit to order for $425 in a very short turn around. Savage or Remington.

Of course, I can also do a shouldered barrel to order for $475 out the door. That is me supplying the blank. I think that is about the price of a blank plus a few shillings...

I believe it is a .342 neck and .092 freebore but would have to check my print. Should be ideal for 175s etc.
