All the big builders only use centerfire actions.

I was told that McGowen will do the conversion. Anyone have one of theirs?

But such a nice solid bottom action the Tenon length is really nice with the 5 inch McGowens Extend the bolt face into the action .200

Think Arrowhead still sells the bolt nose kit and McGowen will do the barrel work if you send them the action and ignition system.
Couple builders still do the 700 ML.
Inquire on Hanks or Dougs Message Boards for a 700ML takeoff, should be someone who could help you out considering how many of those have been converted to smokeless.
