I just picked up my custom build last weekend, but after going over the rifle I noticed the bolt release button wasn't working. This is a 40X action, PTG bolt, and a factory trigger that's been lightened and worked previously. I have spring tension on the release button in front of the trigger, but no bolt release. I tried removing the bolt manually to check the release arm but couldn't get the release arm to budge using a small punch. Any one run into a similar problem? I really don't want to ship this rifle back to the gunsmith if I can prevent it!

Is one of the trigger pins binding/blocking the bolt release arm.
