Remington 600 222 rem help

have a Remington 600 that was retro fitted into a savage 110 stock as the old wood stock was completely garbage and shot. Now, looking for options of a lightweight stock possibly designed for this model? Also wondering if anyone knows if I can switch the junk bottom plastic out for something to make so it has a removable magazine. This rifle (barrel/action) is sentimental to me so I will be stripping it all down and cerakoting it to clean it up. Shoots lights out. Thanks for any info. IMG_5882.jpeg

Boyd's stock may not be as light as you are looking for, but they are a fine stock and will help your rifle shoot better, with the bedding being good or you can even bed and improve on it.
Ask them about the bottom metal and see if they can steer you too some. Or go with something as others have mentioned on the bottom metal. Keep us posted on what and how you do.
