I may have bought a bad sample of this a few years ago. This stuff was pretty much unusable - as it was way too thin. Putting it on a patch didn't hardly transferred any grey substance - basically it was just 95% oil.
I allowed the cleaner to settle out for a few days, and kept pouring off oil. I then heated the graduated cylinder on a coffee warmer a few times to get the oil separated.
Now I have a nice medium-slurry that cuts carbon in several strokes. I normally use Losso, and that cuts very well.
