Got a chance to handle the new 17 Fireball at the ShotShow. It is the 221 Fireball case necked down to 17 caliber, but with a 30 degree shoulder instead of the 23 degree of the parent case. 4,000 fps with 20 grain bullet. At least four rifles will be offered in the cartridge.
