Hi Guys

I have a Rem700 in 7mm Rem Mag which I am removing the barrel on.

Does anyone know where I can get the actual profile of the barrel so I can machine up a tapered die for my barrel vise.

I appears to go from 1.2730 in front of recoil lug to 1.1285 measured 1.5' from recoil lug.

Just measure the 2 spots on both ends of the where the bushing will go, and cut to that dimension, if your going to make a bushing thats 1.5 long you already have the measurements you need...
